What happens if my flight is canceled, my itinerary changes or I miss my flight?

If your flight is canceled, itinerary changed or you miss your flight, your order will be automatically canceled and refunded. You will receive an email notification confirming the order cancelation and refund within 3 business days.

If I am unsatisfied with my purchase, how do I arrange for a refund or return?

At International Shoppes, we pride ourselves on offering the highest quality merchandise at the time of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition with an original receipt within 30 days for a full refund and/or exchange.

Please note that all alcohol, tobacco and duty free luxury items cannot be returned or exchanged once the flight has departed due to government regulations.
